Child and adolescent psychology
Age-appropriate, play- and talk-based support for emotional, behavioural and social difficulties.
Children often show that they are struggling not with words but through their behaviour, play and bodies. Adolescence is a time when the search for identity, belonging and independence intensifies.
What I can help with
- Anxiety, fears and separation anxiety
- Anger and difficulties regulating emotions
- Adjusting to school and friendships
- Family changes such as a new sibling, moving or divorce
- Screen use and the relationship with the digital world
The process starts with a meeting with the parents; together we draw up a plan that suits the child’s age and needs.
